YOUTH TRAINING SESSIONS
Our children are our future and unfortunately, according to the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) 19.6% of children and 18.1% of adolescent are obese. More and more children are being bullied in school, and struggling every day with the challenges of growing up.
Working out and feeling in shape can be a big boost to children's self-esteem.
At Strive Fitness, we offer special concierge youth personal training sessions (for children under 14) to help them reach goals, prepare for sports tryouts, lose weight and build confidence.

Children are a completely different type of client then adults and we take that and more into account. We make the proper adjustments in the fitness journey to allow your child to progress at an appropriate pace for their age.
*We do require a minimum of 2 sessions a week, and unlike our adult sessions our youth sessions are only 30 minutes long to make sure your child doesn’t get hurt, maintains focus and enjoys the full session.
