Baked Lemon Pepper & Garlic Salmon with Broccoli and Red Potatoes

Baked Lemon Pepper and Garlic Salmon
Mouth Watering

8 oz Salmon

2 cherry tomatoes (diced)

5 garlic cloves (minced)

2 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning (or to taste)

3 red potatoes

3 tsp lemon juice

2 cups broccoli

1 tbsp butter

Salt & Pepper to taste


Preheat Oven to 425 F


Set the potatoes another piece of tin foil (I like it for easy clean up). Salt and pepper to taste, add ¼ tbsp butter, 1 tsp lemon juice, ½ tsp lemon pepper and ¼ lemon thinly sliced. Close up tin foil and bake at 425 for 35 - 40 min


Lay out Salmon on tin foil and do small diagonal cuts along the top. Cover the salmon in the diced cherry tomatoes, garlic cloves, ½ tbsp butter cut up, and 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning. Thinly slice ½ lemon on top and add a tsp of lemon juice. Salt and Pepper to taste. Close the tin foil and bake at 425 for 35 min.


Set broccoli on tin foil Salt and pepper to taste, add ¼ tbsp butter, 1 tsp lemon juice, ½ tsp lemon pepper and ¼ lemon thinly sliced. Close up tin foil and bake at 425 for 20 min
