Broccoli Cheddar Bites
Perfect snack to have around the house to much on instead of those chips and dip!
2 bunch of broccoli florets (finely chopped)
3 medium eggs (beaten)
1 cup Panko crumbs (Keto version try Almond Crumbs)
4 garlic cloves (diced)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp powdered garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
Bake at 400 for 30 min or until golden brown on top
Let cool and ENJOY
