Dry-Rub Chicken Wings
I love chicken wings, but I know when I order them out they are probably at least deep fried once, if not twice. Although it makes them stupid delicious my body is not as much of a fan. So instead I do baked dry rub.
This recipe I have been messing with for a while and finally the husband said, "That's good!" so I figured it was time to share :-)
Ingredients:
300 g Chicken Wings
2 tsp Garlic
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Fresh Black Pepper
1 tsp Fried Onion Flakes
1/2 tsp Chili Pepper Flakes
Directions:
Combine all ingredients along with the chicken wings into a Ziploc bag and and let marinade in the fridge overnight (12 hours).
Bake at 350 F (175 C) for 25 - 30 min or until the internal chicken temperature is 165 F (75 C)
Pull out and enjoy! We did! <3
