Baked Salmon w/ a Creamy Lemon Dill Sauce

When your dill plant starts going crazy you have to test out a bunch of dill recipes.

This one was absolutely delicious.

INGREDIANTS:

2 Pieces of Salmon (300 g total)

1/2 Lemon Thinly Sliced

3 Tbsp Lemon Juice

2 Tbsp Butter (melted)

2 Tbsp honey

3 Garlic Cloves (minced)

2 Tsp Fresh Dill (chopped)

Salt & Pepper

CREAMY DILL SAUCE:

1/4 Cup plain Greek yogurt

1/4 Cup Mayo

Juice from 1 Fresh Squeezed Lemon (about 2 tbsp)

1 Tbsp fresh dill chopped

Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Pre-heat the oven to 400°F (205°C)

Season both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper and place it on tin foil and set aside.

In a small bowl whisk together the butter, honey, lemon juice, garlic, lemon juice and fresh dill. Once combined pour the mixture over salmon and top with the thin lemon slices.

Bake the salmon for about 15 - 20 min or until about 125°F and then place in the broil (grill) for an additional 3-5 mins. If you would like the salmon a little more well done, go for an internal temperature of 140°F

While the salmon is cooking prepare the dill sauce!

For the dill sauce, combine all the ingredients together and stir together until smooth.

Once Salmon is done, top with sauce and ENJOY! <3 *We had a side of pickled dill cucumbers, but feel free to add any greens of your choice!
