Spicy Bean Sprot Bok Choy Salad
INGREDIENTS
2 Bundles of Bok Choy (washed & cleaned)
1 Cup Bean Sprouts
3 - 4 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1 Tbsp Red Chili Peppers
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Gochugaru
Salt & Pepper
DIRECTIONS
Mix everything together and chill for 30 min and serve
This is a great side dish for any of your Asian inspired dishes.
