Spicy Tofu & Broccoli 


Lightly steam 4 cups of broccoli florets and st aside.


In a small frying pan combine

1 tbsp sesame oil

4 minced garlic cloves 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger 1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 diced fresh jalapeno

1 diced fresh red Bird’s Eye Chili


Cook on medium heat, until you can start to smell the seasoning.


In a small bowl combine

2 tbps water

1 tsp sugar

2 tsp cornstarch

Salt to taste

Take 8 ounces of firm tofu. Drain and blot and cut into cubes


In a large wok combine 1 tbsp sesame oil tofu and the garlic, chili and ginger to the wok and cook for 2 min.


Add broccoli to the mix and cook for a other 2-5 min while the.


Add the cornstarch mixture add scallions and stir-fry until the broccoli is tender.
